Universal Building Services has been in the profession of cleaning buildings for well over 40 years. During that time, UBS has garnered the experience and know-how to clean effectively in a manner that is cost and time effective for our clients.

Programs Tailored for Each Client

UBS management works with its clients to assess cleaning needs and specifications. Maintenance programs are tailored for the specific needs of each individual client. Our goal is to develop a cleaning program that provides superior cleaning for our client's facilities, yet keeps their costs low. UBS frees its clients of maintenance worries and provides for them the additional time to channel their energies towards other facets of property management.

Training

All new UBS employees undergo thorough training, with emphasis specific to their tasks. In addition, UBS employees at all levels undergo a regular program of training in the areas of cleaning, new techniques and materials, safety, and emergency procedures. As new techniques and cleaning procedures appear, our maintenance staff at all levels is kept current through vendor representatives, seminars, and the UBS Supply Division.

Prompt Response

A prompt response to our client's request is a hallmark of Universal Building Services. UBS is a company that never closes. UBS management and supervisory staff are available to address and respond to our client's concerns through our 24 hour communications system. Work crews are available and can be dispatched with minimal notice.

Quality Control

UBS workers are closely monitored for quality and efficiency by first-line supervisors. Adjustments to any discrepancies are made immediately to ensure proper cleaning of the client's facilities, protection of our client's assets, and safety for all concerned. We are proud that our lead people and forepersons have worked their way up to those positions, demonstrating along the way their abilities and knowledge in cleaning procedures.

All work performed is closely supervised at different levels to insure quality. On-site field supervisors provide our first line of quality control. They, in turn, are monitored and guided by upper level supervisors and district managers.

Client Satisfaction

The ultimate goal of Universal Building Services' efforts is client satisfaction. A 24 hour communications system is in place to provide quick response to any client emergencies that might arise. To ensure satisfactory performance and quality control, our clients receive regular contact from UBS supervisors and management. UBS also conducts periodic quality control inspections to verify that work is being done properly. We take pride in knowing that our clients receive excellent, thorough service.
